I wanted to run a full marathon.
I decided to go jogging in Tokyo marathon with the goal of finishing.
Until now, I was walking.
The distance is 5 kilometers.
To complete a full marathon
I heard that I can finish if I run 200 kilometers a month.
Is it because my legs are getting up?
I do not know if knee pain does not occur.
Even though I do not know what I do not understand, I started running five kilometers everyday.

The Tokyo Marathon is a full marathon.

I believe that I can run without fail unless I practice every day.

I think the marathon is a sport that you can talk with.

I think that I can use the spirit of not giving up in the marathon even in daily life.
